Brooklyn Public Library’s (BPL) new Interim Executive Director Linda Johnson (fifth from left) was welcomed to Sunset Park by Councilwoman Sara Gonzalez (sixth from left) at the unveiling of a new mural titled “Roots of Knowledge.” About a dozen students spent seven weeks working on the public art project under the guidance of the nonprofit Groundswell.
